Head of Experience, Tokyo 20XX


Recently relocated from Stockholm to Tokyo, Zélia is Head of Experience at MullenLowe Profero, and also brings her expertise in experience design to the Tokyo 20XX project.

She spent five years heading the Deloitte Digital creative, design and strategy team in Sweden, shaping what creative consulting giants should be about, and has held other executive and creative positions in European digital agencies.

With a strong foothold in digital craft and user experience, Zelia has led award winning work for Volvo, Samsung, Cartoon Network, and a wide range of startups.

Zelia has been a juror at the Interactive, Digital Craft and Mobile jury at Eurobest and the Cannes Lions and Dubai Lynx. She’s been a speaker at Eurobest, the ADCe Festival of Creativity, Future Days, Front End United, the ADC creative week, Vuoden Huiput and the Nordic Davos, Åre Business Forum.

As a French native, she’s got the ability to swear like a well-educated sailor in three and a half languages and is a worthy opponent at Cards against Humanity.
